Allan joined Coronation Holdings Ltd (“Corohold”) in February 1999 from Nedbank Investment Bank. He joined Peter Vogel who in 1998 had started the investment banking and private equity operation of Corohold. Allan is an executive director of CoroCapital and together with Peter was integral in the separate incorporation of Corohold’s investment banking and private equity operation into CoroCapital.
Allan is a chartered accountant by training and completed his articles with Deloitte & Touche in 1993. After articles Allan was seconded by Deloitte & Touche to the USA after which Allan joined UAL Merchant Bank (which later became Nedbank Investment Bank) in the Corporate Finance Division.
