Bjorn joined CoroCapital in January 2016 from Avior Capital Markets, where he was an analyst covering Diversified Financials. Bjorn was ranked 2nd in the 2015 Financial Mail SA analyst rankings. Prior to Avior, Bjorn spent 1 year in the US Barclay’s fixed income middle office (New York desk, based in SA) where he gained experience in the US CDS and CDX index market.
Bjorn is a Chartered Accountant by training and completed his articles in the Insurance and Investment Management division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2011, where he remained as a manager for 1 year.
